1. What is your MOQ?
A: The minimum order quantity is 3000 pieces/piece/color. Welcome to try the low MOQ of 200 pieces. Please inform us of the quantity and other requirements, and we will calculate the cost accordingly. With our high quality and good service, you will get a successful business.
2. Can I get samples?
A: Of course. We usually provide stock samples for free. But custom design requires some sample fees. When the order quantity reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee will be refunded. Send samples via Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have a carrier account, you can use your account to ship goods. It takes about 2-4 days to arrive.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
A:For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days. 1-2 pieces are free. If you want your own design, it will take 4-10 days, depending on the design.
4. How long is the production lead time?
A: The quantity within 100Kpcs takes 30-35 days.For those products with a low MOQ of 500 pieces, we can provide them within 15 days.
5. How many colors are available?
A: We use pantone color codes to match colors. So you can tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
6. What is your payment term?
A: Our normal payment terms are TT, 30% deposit and 70% copy of BL after the order is signed. We also accept L/C atsight.
